House of Plenty's Famous Oatmeal Pie
(1989 St. Louis Post Dispatch Dessert of the year.)
With and electric mixer combine eggs, sugars, vanilla, milk, butter until blended. Stir in oats, coconut, pecans. Pour into pie shell. Bake in preheated 350 dgree oven for 45 minutes or until pie is set & light brown. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream and carme topping if desired.
